Terms and Conditions for Mi.EV Effective Date: August 27, 2026 Welcome to Mi.EV. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mi.EV mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. 1. Use of the App Mi.EV is designed to provide EV-related information and location-based services to users. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: - Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems. - Modify, copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by applicable law. - Interfere with the operation or security of the App. - Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality. 2. User Accounts Certain features of Mi.EV may require you to sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when using the App and not to impersonate another person or use another person's account without authorization. 3. Location Services Mi.EV may use your device's location to provide location-based functionality. You are responsible for enabling location permissions when required. If you deny or revoke location permission, some features of the App may not function properly. Location information provided by the App may not always be accurate or available. 4. EV and Charging Information Mi.EV may provide information about EV charging stations and related services. Charging station information may include availability, location, specifications, operating status, or other related information. Such information may be obtained from third-party sources or service providers and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that: - A charging station will always be available. - The information displayed is completely accurate or up to date. - A charging station will be operational at the time you visit. - Charging equipment will be compatible with your vehicle. - Charging services will be available without interruption. Users should verify important charging information before relying on it. 5. No Guarantee of Availability We aim to keep Mi.EV available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, network problems, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 6. Third-Party Services Mi.EV may rely on third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, mapping services, location services, and other service providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. 7. Intellectual Property All content, design, logos, graphics, software, and other materials provided through Mi.EV are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. You may use the App for its intended personal or authorized purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without appropriate authorization. 8. User Responsibility You are responsible for using the information provided by Mi.EV safely and appropriately. You should not use the App while driving or operating a vehicle if doing so would distract you or violate applicable traffic laws. Always prioritize road safety and comply with local laws and regulations. 9. Disclaimer Mi.EV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, or suitability of information provided through the App. Information provided by Mi.EV should not be considered a guarantee of the availability or condition of any EV charging facility. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mi.EV and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to: - Your use or inability to use the App. - Reliance on information provided through the App. - Incorrect, outdated, or unavailable charging station information. - Temporary interruption or unavailability of the App. - Third-party services or content. - Any unauthorized access to information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 11. Changes to the App We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Mi.EV at any time without prior notice. We may also update the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, performance, or compatibility. 12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated Terms are made available through the App or an associated website. Your continued use of Mi.EV after changes are made means that you accept the updated Terms. 13. Termination You may stop using Mi.EV at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or otherwise misused the App. 14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of India. 15.
